Band stats
I'm seem to be a little obsessed with knowing how the bands are performing. I mean, I could easily turn on
the radio, spin the dials, and listen for the banshee
wails of FT-8 on each band. And that's not even a hardship, unlike when I could only operate mobile, and
so needed to go out to the car, drive somewhere, put antennas on, etc.
But for some reason I want to be able to programmatically check out the status of the bands from my mobile
phone, or via an API, so I've written a few things to enable this.

I was also curious to know which band gave the highest chance of a contact between two grid squares, so I wrote a couple of APIs to be able to work this out.
